As many of you know, the name CAVALLINO BIANCO was given by the previous owners.
When we bought the Hotel, in 2015, we thought a lot about whether to keep it or change it. We had our ideas and a great desire for renewal.
At the end the heart won.
We have decided to keep the name respecting its history and tradition.
